这个粉蒸肉用了现成的蒸肉粉。写这个方子是为了工人姐姐可以独立操作。勿拍啊
用料
排骨 | 1斤 |
Ribs | 500g |
土豆 | 4小只 |
Small potato | 4 |
蒸肉粉 | 1包 |
Ready to use rice flour | 1 pack |
酱油 | 2勺 |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
料酒 | 2勺 |
Cooking wime | 2 tbsp |
姜 | 2-3片 |
Ginger | 2-3 slice |
超级懒人版粉蒸肉 steamed rib with rice flour的做法
排骨洗净后拿酱油料酒姜腌好放入冰箱。Marinate the ribs using soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger and put into fridge.
2小时后取出。这次用的在四川美眉开的菜篮子买的蒸肉米粉。Take out the ribs after 2 hours. This time we use a pack of ready-to-make rice flour.
米粉直接倒入排骨中。Pull the rice flour into ribs.
搅拌均匀。Mix well.
土豆切块码在碗底。Cut the potatoes into blocks and put in a bowl.
将排骨均匀铺在土豆上。Put mixed ribs on top of the potatoes.
上笼蒸一个小时以上。Steam for over one hour.
撒上葱花上桌。Top with spring onion and serve.
小贴士
这个蒸肉粉虽然是麻辣的但是不辣,姜味很浓。所以这次只放了少量的姜。蒸出来的排骨很香,小朋友很爱吃。
