用料
Unsweetened non dairy milk | 2 cup |
Turmeric | 2 tsp |
Ginger | 1/2 tsp |
Cinnamon stick* | 1 stick |
Ground Black Pepper | a pinch |
Maple syrup | 1 tbsp |
Vegan Golden Milk的做法
To a small saucepan, add all ingredients above.
Whisk to combine and warm over medium heat. Heat until hot to the touch but not boiling - about 4 minutes - whisking frequently.
Take out cinnamon stick and serve immediately.
Best when serve hot.
小贴士
*Cinnamon stick could be replaced with 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon. However, cinnamon stick is preferable.
