Milk | 250 gram |
Corn starch | 30 gram |
Sugar | 30 gram |
Water | 150 gram |
Brown sugar | 80 gram |
Icing sugar | 20 gram |
Deep Fry Milk的做法
Milk paste: milk,corn starch, sugar, mix well.
Cook the milk paste with medium fire until sticky and thick, put it in the brushed oil container and cool down in the fridge for 1 hour.
Pass three passes, coat with breadcrumbs then egg wash again breadcrumbs.
Deep fry, 160 degree 2 mins.
Brown sugar syrupwater(brown sugar 80 gram and icing sugar 20 gram), bring them to boil
