Mushroom soup的做法
Olive oil (& butter)
Leek or onion:
Garlic
Mushroom ( salt): soften
*lemon juice
*1/2 cup dry sherry
Pour in chicken stock & thyme:20 minutes
Blend
1/4 cup Thickend or heavy cream
Season
Sauté some mushroom in butter & garlic
Season
On top of the soup.
