Chicken Kiev的做法步骤图

Serves 4

用料  

4 chicken breast *crispy bacon
plain flour & 2 eggs
150g Breadcrumbs (& parmesan )

Chicken Kiev的做法  

  1. Butter mixture:
    mix togethe-wrap-fridge
    (or freeze for 20minutes)

    4 knobs unsalted butter, softened
    Finely chopped fresh parsley
    Galic cloves, crushed
    salt & pepper & lemon juice

  2. Preheat the oven to 180c.
    Cut pocket in chicken breast
    fill the chicken with the butter
    (&cooked bacon)
    fasten with toothpicks.

  3. chicken-flour-egg-breadcrumbs
    (Fry the chicken- golden)
    then Oven 180C: 20minutes
