一般的mash是不加cheese的，可我偏要加，因为我爱吃！土豆泥（记得用大土豆不要用baby potato)在压泥的时候加入盐，黄油和牛奶，最上层铺上cheddar cheese(这个类别的cheese比较拉丝，没有臭味）入烤箱220度20分钟，上层金黄就啧啧啦
