Sticky Rice Powder | 200g |
Sugar | 170g |
Eggs | 9 |
Olive Oil | 10ml |
Whole Milk | 100ml |
Sweetened Condensed Milk | 60ml |
糯米烤饼 Sticky Rice Pancake的做法
Mix all ingredients in mixer evenly for at least 3-5 mins until there are some bubbles on top.
Preheat oven to 400F
Pour all in an oiled non-stick pan (full size, rectangular, or over a layer of aluminum foil)
Bake for 10 mins
Drop oven temperature to 375F
Leave pancakes in oven to bake another 15-18 mins (check how brown the surface turns to determine)
Remove pancake from oven to cool down 5 mins
Slice it the way you want it!
