糯米烤饼 Sticky Rice Pancake的做法步骤图

用料  

Sticky Rice Powder 200g
Sugar 170g
Eggs 9
Olive Oil 10ml
Whole Milk 100ml
Sweetened Condensed Milk 60ml

糯米烤饼 Sticky Rice Pancake的做法  

  1. Mix all ingredients in mixer evenly for at least 3-5 mins until there are some bubbles on top.

  2. Preheat oven to 400F

  3. Pour all in an oiled non-stick pan (full size, rectangular, or over a layer of aluminum foil)

  4. Bake for 10 mins

  5. Drop oven temperature to 375F

  6. Leave pancakes in oven to bake another 15-18 mins (check how brown the surface turns to determine)

  7. Remove pancake from oven to cool down 5 mins

  8. Slice it the way you want it!
