Scallion butter cookies

Need to reduce sugar, I’m still experimenting on the exact portion

Scallion butter cookies的做法  

1. Dice the scallion

2. Add sugar in the softened butter (could heat it up into half liquid and half hard state) and whip for 4- 5 mins till white and fluffy

3. Add half of the flour and whip in low speed and switch to high speed for 1 min

4. Add another half of the flour and repeat step 3

5. Add diced scallion and whip together with the dough

6. Pipe in to the doubled oven plate for 30 - 35 cookies

7. Bake in 375 F for 15-17 mins
