Need to reduce sugar, I’m still experimenting on the exact portion

Softened butter | 11 tbsp |
Sugar | 1/4 cup |
Flour | 1 cup + 1 tbsp |
Scallion | 1 |
Scallion butter cookies的做法
Dice the scallion
Add sugar in the softened butter (could heat it up into half liquid and half hard state) and whip for 4- 5 mins till white and fluffy
Add half of the flour and whip in low speed and switch to high speed for 1 min
Add another half of the flour and repeat step 3
Add diced scallion and whip together with the dough
Pipe in to the doubled oven plate for 30 - 35 cookies
Bake in 375 F for 15-17 mins
