| Coconut Flour | 2 tbsp |
| cocoa powder | 2 tbsp |
| banana mashed | ½ large |
| egg white | 1 |
| milk | ¼ cup |
| Stevia | 1 pack |

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
Spray a 3 inch round container with non stick spray
pour in batter and microwave 2 to 2½ minutes
Cool on a plate or blow on it a few times and eat immediately
