【酸奶蒸蛋糕】宝宝辅食 Yogurt Steamed cake的做法
准备鸡蛋倒入大盆中。加入泡打粉,用打蛋器/蛋抽 搅拌均匀。 Beat the 3 eggs into a large receipient.
Add the baking powder and stir well with the eggs.
加入过筛的低筋面粉,用打蛋器/蛋抽轻轻搅拌。
Add the sifted low gluten flour and stir gently with the mix.
搅拌均匀至细腻无干粉状态。Stir until nor more dry flour is left (do not over stir)
加入玉米油(其他液体油),搅拌均匀。最后加入酸奶每一次都要翻拌均匀,再加入下一样食材。 Add corn oil (or any other oil) and stir. Finally, add the yogurt and mix evenly, and then add the dry ingredients of your choice.
拌好的混合液是细腻的糊状。 The mixed mixture is a fine paste.
