wholewheat spaghetti with four cheeses的做法
Preheat oven to 200℃.
Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water, until al dente, and drain.
Return to pan, toss with half the butter and half the Parmesan.
Add gruyere, believe paese, mozzarella and peooer, mix well to combine.
Transfer pasta and cheese mixture to a greased overproof dish.
Dot with remaining butter.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until top is chrisp and the golden.
Leave to stand for 15 minutes before serving.
