baking powder | 4.5 tsp |
salt (4 g) | 2 tsp + 2/3 * 1/4 tsp |
pepper (4 g) | 0.11 tsp |
cumin (8 g) | 0.21 tsp |
butter (60 g) | 4.23 tbsp |
feta cheese (100 g) | 44% of box |
pumpkin seeds | 30 g |
milk | 220 ml |
pumpkin sweet potato spinach feta damper的做法
dice and then steam/microwave the pumpkin
dice sausage
mix flour and spice, then cut in butter till a coarse meal is formed
pour in milk and make a rough dough
add in pumpkin, sausage, pumpkin seeds and mix
add in feta cheese in pieces and fresh spinach to combine
transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper
flatten surface
sprinkle some flour (optional)
cut into 8 pieces
bake in 356 F / 180 C for 50 mins
serve with butter

wholemeal self-rising flour = 2 tsp of baking powder into every 150 g wholemeal flour
