- cubed kabocha and halved yam steamed for 4 mins (super soft)
- sausage steamed for 14 mins

用料  

pumpkin 150 g
sausage/kransky 7
self-raising wholemeal flour (340 g) 2 + 3/4 cup + 4 tsp
baking powder 4.5 tsp
salt (4 g) 2 tsp + 2/3 * 1/4 tsp
pepper (4 g) 0.11 tsp
cumin (8 g) 0.21 tsp
butter (60 g) 4.23 tbsp
feta cheese (100 g) 44% of box
pumpkin seeds 30 g
milk 220 ml

pumpkin sweet potato spinach feta damper的做法  

  1. dice and then steam/microwave the pumpkin

  2. dice sausage

  3. mix flour and spice, then cut in butter till a coarse meal is formed

  4. pour in milk and make a rough dough

  5. add in pumpkin, sausage, pumpkin seeds and mix

  6. add in feta cheese in pieces and fresh spinach to combine

  7. transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper

    flatten surface

    sprinkle some flour (optional)

    cut into 8 pieces

  8. bake in 356 F / 180 C for 50 mins

  9. serve with butter

小贴士

wholemeal self-rising flour = 2 tsp of baking powder into every 150 g wholemeal flour

- ground cumin and black pepper: 1 oz = 4 tbsp

- salt: 1.5 g = 1/4 tsp
