Pear and Cranberry Crisp的做法步骤图

Serves: 8 serving

用料  

Chopped pears 4 cups
fresh cranberries 1/2 cup
lemon juice Half a lemon
Maple syrup 1 tbsp
Rolled oats 1 cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Coconut sugar or brown sugar 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil, melted 3 tbsp

Pear and Cranberry Crisp的做法  

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place pears and cranberries in a large mixing bowl and toss with lemon juice and maple syrup. set aside.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and coconut oil with a fork until combined.
    4. Pour your fruit mixture into a baking pan and top with the crumble topping.
    5. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
