| Rock sugar | Several pieces |
Blueberry juice/jam的做法
Boil the blueberries in a ceramic pot with some rock sugars until the texture become thick. Chill for a while before putting it into a jar
小贴士
Do not try to add lemon juice!
Otherwise,the flavour would be ruined and a strange concoction would form.
Cooking method works for any jam(most need to add lemon juice or sometimes honey)
